Tankar Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the BNI Scraper Chrome extension and the website at https://connectscraper.cloud (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under applicable Indian and international data protection law.

1. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver the Service:

Account & order details: name, email address, phone number, GSTIN (optional), and login credentials we generate for you, when you purchase a license.
Lead information: name, email, phone, BNI chapter, requirements you submit through our Done-For-You form.
Usage and analytics: page views, section views, click events, referrer, UTM parameters, IP address, user agent. Used to understand and improve conversion of the website.
Payment information: processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details. We retain only the Razorpay order ID, payment ID, and signature for reconciliation.

2. Information the extension does NOT collect

The Chrome extension stores all scraped data locally in your browser. It does not transmit member data, profile contents, or any data scraped from BNI Connect to our servers. Even we cannot see what you scrape.

3. How we use information

To fulfil your order and deliver login credentials.
To respond to support and Done-For-You inquiries.
To maintain account access and process refunds.
To send transactional emails (credentials, receipts, abandoned cart).
To analyse aggregated usage of the website and improve the funnel.

4. Storage and security

Your account and order data are stored on MySQL databases hosted on Hostinger (data centres in India where available). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Connections to our database are encrypted in transit. We follow industry best practices to safeguard your information, but no system is 100% secure.

5. Sharing of information

We share information only with:

Razorpay — to process your payment.
Email infrastructure (Hostinger SMTP) — to send transactional email.
Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) — for aggregated funnel analytics.
Authorities — if compelled by law.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and conversion measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may degrade.

7. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023 / GDPR)

Indian users have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR. You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@tankarsolutions.com with proof of identity.

8. Retention

We retain order and account records for 7 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting law. Lead and analytics data are retained for up to 24 months unless required for an active engagement.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision.
