Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BNI Scraper Chrome extension and website (the “Service”) operated by Tankar Solutions Private Limited. By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. License

On payment of the one-time fee, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the BNI Scraper extension on browsers you personally own or use. The license is for a single user; sharing credentials with others is prohibited.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and:

  • Only on accounts where you have legitimate access to BNI Connect.
  • Only to extract data you would otherwise be entitled to view manually as a logged-in BNI member.
  • Only for legitimate networking, referral, and CRM use within your own organisation.

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any channel.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates BNI's own terms of service.
  • Reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the extension.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes including fraud or harassment.

3. BNI affiliation

BNI Scraper is an independent product of Tankar Solutions Private Limited. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BNI Global, LLC or any BNI chapter. “BNI” is a registered trademark of BNI Global, LLC and is used here only for descriptive identification.

4. Compliance with data protection law

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of scraped data complies with applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, GDPR (where applicable), and any other local laws. We provide the tool; you bear responsibility for the use of its output.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: 7 days, full refund if the extension does not work as advertised.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly where BNI Connect changes its interface or where third-party browsers update in ways that break compatibility. We will make reasonable efforts to release fixes promptly.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, particularly the acceptable use rules in Section 2. Where we terminate without your fault, we will issue a pro-rata refund where applicable.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active license holders.
